TERMS OF USE — WHITE SPACES CO-WORKING

Welcome to White Spaces. By accessing our facilities, WiFi network, or any services provided by White Spaces Co-Working, you agree to the following terms and conditions.


1. MEMBERSHIP & ACCESS

1.1. Access to White Spaces is granted exclusively to registered subscribers with an active membership (monthly, weekly, daily, or hourly).
1.2. Your membership is personal and non-transferable. Sharing credentials or access with unauthorized individuals is strictly prohibited.
1.3. White Spaces reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate any membership at its sole discretion, with or without notice.
1.4. Visitors and guests are permitted only under the terms of their specific access level and must comply with all applicable house rules.


2. FACILITY USAGE

2.1. Members agree to use all workspaces, equipment, and amenities with care and respect.
2.2. Any damage to property, fixtures, or equipment caused by misuse or negligence will be charged to the responsible member.
2.3. Reservations for meeting rooms must be made in advance through the booking system. Cancellations must be made at least 2 hours before the scheduled time.
2.4. Noise levels must be kept appropriate for a professional working environment. Phone calls should be taken in designated areas.
2.5. Food and beverages are permitted in designated areas only. Members are responsible for cleaning up after themselves.


3. NETWORK & WIFI ACCEPTABLE USE

3.1. White Spaces provides managed WiFi access for professional use. All network traffic is monitored for quality-of-service purposes.
3.2. The following activities are prohibited on the White Spaces network:
- Illegal downloading, file sharing, or distribution of copyrighted material
- Attempting to bypass network security, access restricted systems, or perform unauthorized scanning
- Excessive bandwidth consumption that degrades service quality for other members
- Hosting servers, running cryptocurrency mining, or other resource-intensive operations
- Any activity that violates applicable local, national, or international laws
3.3. Network usage data (connection times, bandwidth consumption, session durations) is collected for service optimization and utilization analytics. This data is processed in accordance with our data handling practices.
3.4. White Spaces is not responsible for the security of data transmitted over its network. Members are advised to use VPN or encrypted connections for sensitive communications.


4. DATA COLLECTION & PRIVACY

4.1. We collect the following categories of information:
- Identity data: Name, email, phone number, identification number (for membership records)
- Usage data: WiFi connection times, bandwidth consumption, session durations, device MAC addresses
- Subscription data: Plan type, payment status, booking history
4.2. This data is used exclusively for:
- Service delivery and account management
- Workspace utilization analytics and capacity planning
- Improving member experience and service quality
4.3. Your data is stored securely and is never sold to third parties.
4.4. Members may request a copy of their personal data or request deletion by contacting the workspace administrator.
4.5. The "My State" self-service feature allows members to check their subscription status using their username or registered email address.


5. PAYMENT & BILLING

5.1. Membership fees are due according to the terms of the selected plan.
5.2. Late payments may result in temporary suspension of access until the outstanding balance is settled.
5.3. Refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis and are at the discretion of White Spaces management.


6. LIABILITY & DISCLAIMER

6.1. White Spaces is not liable for loss, theft, or damage to personal property left on the premises.
6.2. Members are responsible for their own belongings and are advised to use available storage facilities.
6.3. White Spaces provides facilities "as is" and makes no warranties regarding uninterrupted service availability, including WiFi connectivity.
6.4. In no event shall White Spaces be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of its facilities or services.


7. CODE OF CONDUCT

7.1. All members and visitors are expected to maintain a professional, respectful, and inclusive environment.
7.2. Harassment, discrimination, or any form of disruptive behavior will not be tolerated and may result in immediate termination of membership.
7.3. White Spaces reserves the right to refuse service and remove any individual who violates these terms or disrupts the working environment.


8. MODIFICATIONS

8.1. White Spaces reserves the right to modify these Terms of Use at any time.
8.2. Updated terms will be posted on this page with the effective date.
8.3. Continued use of the facilities after any modification constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.


9. GOVERNING LAW

These Terms of Use shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the applicable laws of the jurisdiction in which White Spaces operates.
